Refunds & Cancellation Policy

We pride ourselves on an impeccable customer service experience and a product that we stand behind. With that being said, we realize that sometimes things just don’t make a perfect fit. Please review our refunds and cancellation policy before signing up for a Crypto Critics membership.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee in the event that you are unsatisfied with your Crypto Critics membership. You will have 14 days from the date that you originally signed up to request a full refund of your original purchase. If you originally purchased your membership using Bitcoin, you will be returned the same amount of Bitcoin as your initial purchase (less any processing fees).
If you weren’t satisfied with your first 1-on-1 training session with one of the Crypto Critics, you can submit a refund request within 24 hours of your appointment date. We’ll offer you a 100% money-back guarantee or you’ll have the option to choose a different instructor for a complimentary session on us. Your satisfaction is our goal!
How to Submit a Refund Request
To submit a refund request, please e-mail email@example.com with the e-mail address associated with your account. While we don’t require any explanation from you, we’d love to also hear why you weren’t satisfied with your membership or services. It will help us improve and allow us to fix any issues you may have led to your cancellation.
If you are hoping to pause or cancel your Crypto Critics membership, you can do so from the My Account page on our website. Please note that our memberships automatically renew and you will be charged if you do not cancel your account prior to your renewal date.
Our monthly membership subscriptions renew automatically each month using the credit card on file with your account. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds in the event that your renewal payment has already processed, so please make a note of your renewal date ahead of time.
If you are using Bitcoin as the primary payment method for your account, we are unable to automatically renew your membership every month. Instead, you will be e-mailed an invoice prior to your renewal date which will contain instructions for renewing your monthly membership using Bitcoin.
IMPORTANT: Because of this, you will be responsible for keeping your membership paid on time in order to prevent a lapse in your membership. If your invoice becomes past due, your membership will become inactive which will prevent you from accessing membership features such as our courses, signal dashboard, and mirror trading platform.
